General terms and conditions of sale
The purchased products are sent by “Cris-Thin di Cristina Fossati” from Monday to Friday, by courier.
Orders completed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning.
When ordering, it's important to enter an email address and telephone number.
The general sales conditions may be subject to periodic updates.

Shipping and delivery methods
Shipping costs are always borne by the buyer.
The times for the production and shipment of the product are approximately 7 working days, unless the model in the color is not already present in the warehouse in the quantity requested, which will be shipped within 2 working days following the order. Please note that in the event of non-receipt of the shipment due to non-cooperation of the recipient, subsequent shipments will be entirely at the expense of the latter.
Deliveries may incur slight delays during holiday periods and couriers do not deliver on public holidays or on weekends.

Returns policy
The conditions for change and return of goods are the following:

• The purchased goods can be returned by 14 days from the delivery date.
• The shipping cost for the return or exchange of goods is in charge of the customer and only after sending an e-mail to info@cris-thin.com, indicating name, surname, reason for return and in case of size change indicate the new size.
• With reference to the above, the goods must not been used, worn, washed or damaged.
• The identification tag must be attached to the goods with the disposable seal.
• Returns are not possible for made-to-measure goods.

Refund Instructions
Refunds will be processed once we have received, checked and approved the returned item:

• For orders paid by Paypal, refunds will be made to the original account.
• Refunds for C.O.D. orders will only be made by bank transfer.
• Refunds will be made excluding shipping, which is always charged to the customer.
